1. Research Use Only

All products offered by Vital Peptides are sold strictly for research and laboratory use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, clinical trials, therapeutic or diagnostic use, or any application involving administration to humans or animals.

By placing an order you confirm that the products are being purchased for legitimate research purposes and that you understand our products are not approved for human consumption.

2. Age Requirement

This website is intended for adult visitors only. You must be at least 21 years of age to access this website or to place an order. By accessing the website you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

Placing an order requires an account identified by a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your account details up to date.

We currently deliver within the Dominican Republic only and do not ship internationally.

4. Orders, Pricing and Payment

Product prices are displayed in USD and DOP and may change without notice. All orders are subject to acceptance, availability and confirmation.

Orders are paid by bank transfer. After placing an order you will receive an email with payment instructions, and the order is prepared and dispatched once payment is confirmed. The price of an order is the price shown at checkout when the order is placed.

5. Shipping, Delivery and Returns

6. Product Information and Certificates of Analysis

Products are described for research purposes only. Every batch is accompanied by a certificate of analysis (COA) issued by an independent laboratory, and COAs are also available in our COA library.

We do not provide medical, therapeutic or dosage advice. You are responsible for the lawful and appropriate use of the products you purchase.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Our products are supplied for research purposes "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vital Peptides will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of this website or of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
